Ang Speak Up Portal ay isang ligtas at kumpidensyal (confidental) na paraan para maiparating ng mga empleyado ang kanilang mga alalahanin gaya ng hindi tamang asal sa workplace, unfair treatment, o anumang hindi kanais-nais na sitwasyon.
Maaaring magsubmit ng report nang hindi nagpapakilala (anonymously) o gamit ang sariling pangalan, nang walang takot na maaapektuhan ang inyong trabaho o professional relationships.
Mangyaring gamitin ang HR Ticketing System. Ipadala lamang ang inyong concern doon at ang HR Department ay magbibigay ng nararapat na tugon sa lalong madaling panahon. Kung ang inyong concern ay may kaugnayan sa Human Resources (HR) tulad ng:
  • Sahod o salary-related concerns
  • SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth contributions
  • Company or government loans
  • IT, WAR, COE
  • Leave credits, benefits, o iba pang HR-related matters
