Job Description and Responsibilities

Activation Days

To report to work (daily activation) for maximum of 22 working days monthly 
To follow the 2017 cylce calendar (monthly IT & schedule of day off)

Target MDs

RND to ensure coordination with Abbott TM on the list of potential MDs for nutrition counseling
RND to ensure regular visit to the target MDs based on the schedule given by the TM
RND to ensure visiting 2-3 MDs per day to complete the target patient assessment
RND to assess the MD productivity & may recommend to TM for review, deletion, addition if necessary

Target Patient Daily

RND/Nutrition Counselor to ensure hitting the target patients daily:
Minimum pxs = 12 / day for Ensure & 5/day for Glucerna (RNDs to complete the target patients coming from the target 5 MDs)
RNDs to counsel more patients & should not settle to the minimum
Note:
For days with less than the target patients per product, RND to catch-up on the succeeding days to achieve the total target patients/product monthly

Patient Counseling

RND to ensure quality counseling to each patient following the algorithm
RND to educate the patient 
RND to reiterate the features & benefits of Ensure & Glucerna
RND to ensure encouraging the patients to use Ensure & Glucerna 

E-Card Issuance Mechanics

1. Properly discuss e-card mechanics (first 60 days & after 60 days or pointing system)
2. Follow Card issuance mechanics:
* Distribution should be based on need, interest & capacity to buy of the patient
* One patient - one card issuance policy
(Multiple card issuance is strictly prohibited)
* Card issuance should be done after nutrition counselling 
(activation venues)
* Patient information in the e-card form should be properly accomplished by either the patient or the RND/Nutrition COunselor
* Ensure that the contact number of the patient is valid
In- clinic = e-card distribution

Reminders:
Leaving e-card at MD's secretaries is strictly prohibited
E-cards should not be given at the malls
E-cards should not be issued to patients with existing e-card of the same product
Note: Any deviation from the mechanics require prior approval from Superior/BUM/PD. Deviation without approval is a type E offense.

Target New User

Ensure hitting the target new user for Glucerna daily & monthly
Monitor actual daily new users & analyze the factors affecting new user performance
Coordinate with superior on the analysis of performance & developing strategic plan of action to improve new user performance

Quality Nutrition Counseling:

Follow the patient algorithm (the steps) to ensure quality counseling for every patient

Usage of counseling materials 

Maximize the usage of all the materials provided for counseling:
1. KARADA
2. Hand Dynamometer
3. DA
4. Samples
5. Etc.
